Almost a decade ago I graduated from Cambridge University. Afterwards, I taught in higher education and worked in policing and substance misuse, receiving recognition for my work.

However, I was also expelled from a comprehensive school and almost left post-16 education without further qualifications.

Fortunately, it worked out for me; but my own experience showed me the vital role institutions play in getting the best out of individuals and their differences. 

With the right support individuals with ADHD traits can live balanced and fulfilling lives, and also be a source of creativity and leadership within their communities (their potential does not need to be wasted). 

I can work with your organisation or educational institution and take my experience and expertise in ADHD interventions, and combine it with your expertise, in order to provide support for students, staff and clients (tailored for the unique challenges within your sector). 

Examples of services I offer:

- individual and group coaching for staff members with ADHD traits and students with ADHD traits. In an educational institution I can combine this with academic skills suitable for both sixth form and university level.

- support for managers to help you get the best from employees and clients with ADHD traits. This can focus on key areas like performance, communication and preventing burnout. 

- providing tailored inputs for specific sectors. For instance, providing teachers with information and resources around working with students with ADHD traits; for substance misuse I can provide recovery workers with relevant interventions around working with ADHD and addiction.

My standard fee is £50/hr, but dependent on your needs I do offer a sliding pay scale. 

Safety and ethical practice is central to my work. To this end I am an associate member of the Association of Coaching and adhere to the AC Global Code of Ethics. I also receive clinical supervision.
